Hello Good afternoon... We would like to start by taking the time to thank all of our customers for always supporting us. We do take every opinion and matter seriously, we understand that without you there is not an us. We have seen a lot of negative reviews and comments, some of those comments were posted on the wrong page, just to clarify that Agave Jalisco on Staples st. Does not have any other restaurant affiliated with the same name. On this branch we are the only Agave Jalisco. Now for a more serious matter we have notice a post about roaches, We want to let our customers know we do have a company for pest control and it's done often at our location. We are not making excuses for what has been going on but we do ask for our customers to understand as a business our goal is to give 100%. Unfortunately sometimes it won't happen due to a combination of a little bit of everything includes every single employee in the company, we have had a lot of new faces and has affected tremendously. Just wanted to let everyone know we are working very hard to bring our Agave to 100% for your enjoyment for when you come in through our doors you feel at home. Please work with us and don't give up because we are not going to let you down. Feel free to inbox any concern or experience you may have at our restaurant so we can make it better. Thank you!.
